What Are Cookies

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for a variety of reasons detailed below. The Cookies We Set

  • Account related cookies

    If you create an account with us then we will use cookies for the management of the signup process and general administration. These cookies will usually be deleted when you log out however in some cases they may remain afterwards to remember your site preferences when logged out.

  • Login related cookies

    We use cookies when you are logged in so that we can remember this fact. This prevents you from having to log in every single time you visit a new page. These cookies are typically removed or cleared when you log out to ensure that you can only access restricted features and areas when logged in.

  • Cookie allowd cookie

    A cookie to let the site know you have seen the cookie notification and allowed or dismissed it.

LocalStorage

We also use browser web storage. Browser storage enables websites to store data in a browser on a device. When used in "local storage" mode, it enables data to be stored across sessions (for example, so that the data are retrievable even after the browser has been closed and reopened).

We use it to keep track for which area you have already voted. Entries older than 24h get cleared after you visit the site again.

E-Mail Address

When you sign up via google or facebook, we get your E-Mail Address from them. We store it with your account and use it for the login process.

IP-Address

To prevent voting fraud we store your ip address with each vote. The address is removed automatically after 24h

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, the data you entered will be saved into the database alongside your IP-Address.

This data will be removed regularly.

Third Parties

Manyunity will never send any of your data to third parties

Account Deletion

To delete all your data, send a delte request with the contact form while you are logged in.
